pleasant valley Sprint TRIATHLON
Sprint – 1/2 mi Swim (Du: 3.1 mi Run) :: 13.2 mi Bike :: 3.1mi Run
The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 1-3 seconds on a one-lap counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Pleasant Hill Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a bike course that will challenge all ability levels. After completing the bike course, participants will take on a run on the beautiful gently rolling paved path within the park.

pleasant valley Half Iron and Olympic races
Half Iron – 1.2mi Swim :: 56mi Bike :: 13.1mi Run
Olympic – .62 mi Swim (Du: 3.1 mi Run) :: 26mi Bike :: 6.55mi Run
Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap (Olympic) or two-lap (Half Iron) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Pleasant Hill Lake. Next up is a bike course with over 2700’ of total climbing (Half Iron) and 1900’ for the Olympic. NOTE CHANGE: Olympic bike is now a 2 lap course. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on the roads within the park.
