Race #1: Super Sprint (XT & ST)

Friday, May 20, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.

SWIM: The 250 yard swim is a counterclockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 3.3 mile bike course is an out and back course on the road inside the park that follows the roads that will be used for the run courses on race #2, #3 and #4.

RUN: The 1 mile run course is an out and back course on park roads in the cabin area.

Race #2: Olympic AM (XT) and Sprint AM (ST)

Saturday, May 21, 2022 7:30 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1 mile 2-lap (XT) and a ½ mile 1-lap (ST) counterclockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 2-lap 24.8 mile (XT) and 1-lap 12.4 mile (ST) bike courses are a challenging course with nearly 1500’ of climbing (XT) on super smooth road within the park. Bring your climbing gears.

RUN: The 6.55 mile (XT) and 3.1 mile (ST) run course is an out and back course on the rolling roads within the park.

Race #3: Olympic PM (XT) and Sprint PM (ST)

Saturday, May 21, 2022 3:00 P.M.

BIKE: The 2-lap 24.8 mile (XT) and 1-lap 12.4 mile (ST) bike courses are a challenging course with nearly 1500’ of climbing (XT) on super smooth road within the park. Bring your climbing gears.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1 mile 2-lap (XT) and a ½ mile 1-lap (ST) counterclockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake with participants starting after dismount from their bikes. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed and encouraged.

RUN: The 6.55 mile (XT) and 3.1 mile (ST) run course is an out and back course on the rolling roads within the park.

Race #4: Half Iron (XT) and Olympic (ST)

Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 7:00 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1.2 mile (XT) 2-lap and a .62 mile (ST) swim is a counterclockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 4-lap 56 mile (XT) and 2-lap 28 mile (ST) are both loop courses featuring VERY challenging terrain with the 56 mile course featuring over 4000’ of climbing (XT) on the on super smooth roads within the park. Bring your climbing gears.

RUN: The 2-lap 13.1 mile (XT) and 1-lap 6.55 mile (ST) run courses are on the rolling roads within the park. T
