Race #1 — SUPER SPRINT
250y Swim :: 3 mile Bike :: 1mi Run
The American Triple-T Ohio starts everything off with the exciting SUPER SPRINT. This short race will be the first opportunity for participants to see what they are truly in for. The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 3-5 seconds on a spectator friendly 250 yard rectangle swim course from the sandy beach at Pleasant Hill Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a quick 3 mile looped bike course on roads within and surrounding the park. After completing the bike course participants will take on a fast 1 mile run through the campground area of the park.

Race #2: Olympic AM (XT) and Sprint AM (ST)
Olympic – 1mi Swim :: 25.1 mi Bike :: 6.2 mi Run
Sprint – ½ mi Swim :: 13.2 mi Bike :: 3.1mi Run
Saturday morning starts off with the American Triple-T Ohio race number 2 — the OLYMPIC AM and Sprint AM. The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 3-5 seconds on a one-lap (ST) or two-lap (XT) counterclockwise triangular swim course along the shoreline of Pleasant Hill Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a bike course that will challenge all ability levels. After completing the bike course, participants will take on a run through the beautiful gently rolling paved park path of the campground and cabin areas. XT 2-Laps, ST 1-Lap.

Race #3 — Olympic PM (XT) and Sprint PM (ST)

Sprint – 1/2 mi Swim:: 13.2 mi Bike :: 3.1mi Run
After a few hours of rest on Saturday, the American Triple-T Ohio race number 3 gets started at 3:00pm. The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 3-5 seconds on a one-lap (ST) or two-lap (XT) counterclockwise rectangle swim course from the beach at Pleasant Hill Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a bike course that will challenge all ability levels. After completing the bike course, participants will take on a run through the beautiful gently rolling paved park path of the campground and cabin areas. XT 2-Laps, ST 1-Lap.

Race #4 — Half Iron (XT) and Olympic (ST)
Half Iron – 1.2mi Swim :: 56mi Bike :: 13.1mi Run
Olympic – .62 mi Swim :: 28.8mi Bike :: 6.55mi Run
Sunday morning arrives, and participants must now summon enough strength to take on what is easily one of the toughest courses known to man. You will experience what participants refer to as the “Triple-T Shuffle”, like the Ironman shuffle but worse! This will be the day you will not soon forget. It starts off with a one-lap (ST) or two-lap (XT) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course from the beach at Pleasant Hill Lake. Next up is a bike course with over 2700’ of total climbing (XT) and 1900’ (ST). After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on roads within the park.
