Race #1: Super Sprint (XT & ST)

Friday, May 15, 2026 – 5:00 P.M.

SWIM: The 250 yard swim is a counterclockwise loop course in Pleasant Hill Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 3 mile bike course is a looped course around Pleasant Hill Lake Park .

RUN: The 1 mile run course is an out and back course on park roads in the cabin and campground area.

Race #2: Olympic AM (XT) and Sprint AM (ST)

Saturday, May 16, 2026 – 7:30 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1 mile 2-lap (XT) and a ½ mile 1-lap (ST) counterclockwise loop course in Pleasant Hill Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is a run-in from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 2-lap 25.1 mile (XT) and 1-lap 13.2 mile (ST) bike courses are a challenging course with nearly 1900’ of climbing (XT) on the roads surrounding the park. Bring your climbing gears!

RUN: The 6.2 mile (XT) and 3.1 mile (ST) run course is an out and back course on the roads within the cabin and campground area of the park.

Race #3: Olympic PM (XT) and Sprint PM (ST)

Saturday, May 16, 2026 – 3:00 P.M.

Sunday, May 17, 2026 – 6:30 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1.2 mile (XT) 2-lap and a .62 mile (ST) swim is a counterclockwise loop course in Pleasant Hill Lake. Swim start is a run-in from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 2-lap 56 mile (XT) and 1-lap 28.8 mile (ST) are both loop courses featuring VERY challenging terrain with the course featuring over 3000’ of climbing. Bring your climbing gears!

RUN: The 2-lap 13.1 mile (XT) and 1-lap 6.55 mile (ST) run courses are on the roads within the park.
