Salt Fork Sprint TRIATHLON
Sprint – 1/2 mi Swim :: 12.4mi Bike :: 3.1mi Run
The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 1-3 seconds on a one-lap counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a challenging bike course that will challenge all ability levels. Participants will tackle challenging terrain surrounding the lake on newly paved roads within the park. After completing this challenging bike course, participants will take on a run on the beautiful gently rolling paved path within the park.

Salt Fork Half Iron and Olympic TRIATHLON
Half Iron – 1.2mi Swim :: 56mi Bike :: 13.1mi Run
Olympic – .62 mi Swim :: 28mi Bike :: 6.55mi Run
Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap (Olympic) or two-lap (Half Iron) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Next up is a very challenging bike course with over 4000’ of total climbing (Half Iron) and 1500’ for the Olympic. These courses will challenge ALL ability levels. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on rolling roads within the park.
