Salt Fork SUPER SPRINT TRIATHLON
250y Swim :: 3.3 mile Bike :: 1mi Run
The exciting Salt Fork Super Sprint Triathlon swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 1-3 seconds on a spectator friendly 250-yard rectangle swim course off the boat ramp area at Salt Fork Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a quick 3.3-mile bike course on roads within the park. After completing the bike course participants will take on a flat 1-mile run.

Salt Fork Sprint TRIATHLON
Sprint – 1/2 mi Swim :: 12.4mi Bike :: 3.1mi Run
The swim starts off in time-trial format with participants going off every 1-3 seconds on a one-lap counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Participants will then mount their bike for a challenging bike course that will challenge all ability levels. Participants will tackle challenging terrain surrounding the lake on newly paved roads within the park. After completing this challenging bike course, participants will take on a run on the beautiful gently rolling paved path within the park.

Salt Fork Half Iron and Olympic TRIATHLON
Half Iron – 1.2mi Swim :: 56mi Bike :: 13.1mi Run
Olympic – .62 mi Swim :: 28mi Bike :: 6.55mi Run
Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap (Olympic) or two-lap (Half Iron) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Next up is a very challenging bike course with over 4000’ of total climbing (Half Iron) and 1500’ for the Sprint. These courses will challenge ALL ability levels. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on rolling roads within the park.

Salt Fork MIXED RELAY
Mixed Relay – 450m Swim :: 14mi Bike :: 3.3mi Run
Get ready for the first ever Mixed Relay Competition in Ohio. Your team is composed of four people, two males and two females. Each completes an entire sprint triathlon – Swim 450 m, Bike 14 miles and Run 3.3 miles. The athlete’s accumulated time will be your score. Fastest team wins. Awards will be given to the top three teams. You will be swimming, biking and running alongside people completing the Olympic and Half Iron American Triple T so be sure to give them a smile and encourage them along the way. Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Next up is a very challenging bike course with over 1500’ of climbing. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on rolling roads within the park. Team members 1, 2 and 3 will tag off the next member while 4 will bring it home!

Infinit Nutrition will be offering the Go Far, Speed and Jet Fuel in transition. Infinit Nutrition will have some recovery products and potentially Cold Brew/MUD as well. See the Nutrition 101 page for details.
