Race #1: Super Sprint (XT & ST)

Friday, May 31, 2019 at 5:00 P.M.

SWIM: The 250 yard swim is a clockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 3.72 mile bike course is an out and back course on the park roads surrounding the Salt Fork Lodge.

RUN: The 1 mile run course is an out and back course on park roads near the Salt Fork Lodge.

Race #2: Olympic AM (XT) and Sprint AM (ST)

Saturday, June 1, 2018 7:30 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1 mile 2-lap (XT) and a ½ mile 1-lap (ST) clockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake with participants starting in a time trial start every 3-5 seconds. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 24.66 mile (XT) and 12.77 mile (ST) bike courses are a challenging course with nearly 2000’ of climbing on park roads within the park and country roads surrounding the Salt Fork State Park. Bring your climbing gears.

RUN: The 6.84 mile (XT) and 3.1 mile (ST) run course is a loop course on park roads and a 2+ mile section (XT only) on the challenging Shadbush trail. The ST run course is all on roads.

Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 7:00 A.M.

SWIM: The swim course is a 1.2 mile (XT) 2-lap and a .62 mile (ST) swim is a clockwise loop course in Salt Fork Lake. Swim start is a feet first start from the boat dock. Wetsuits allowed.

BIKE: The 56 mile (XT) and 27.8 mile (ST) are both out & back bike courses featuring VERY challenging terrain with the 56 mile course featuring nearly 5000’ of climbing on roads within the park and country roads outside the park. The 56 mile course is a spectacular course that features a middle section of nearly 20 miles of flat riding along the Tuscarawas River providing participants with a much-needed break, along with breathtaking views of rolling hills and river scenery. Bring your climbing gears. This course is awesome — you won’t forget it!

RUN: The 13.64 mile (XT) and 6.84 mile (ST) run courses are on on park roads and a 2+ mile section on the challenging Shadbush trail each lap. This is same course you’ve run on all weekend. You love it or hate it by now!
